Tree Riding Zones Require TRZ Armbands
The Hakuba47 Tree Riding Zones (TRZ) are high-hazard sections of trees which can only be entered by guests wearing TRZ armband. It’s easy to become a TRZ member. You must watch the safety video via YouTube or on the day you can scan the QR code and watch it at the registration venue. You must fill in and sign a TRZ waiver form. The TRZ armband is 500 yen, please keep it for the next season and you will not need to pay 500 yen again. The map below shows the TRZ area in green. The areas in purple are open tree zones, this means you do not require TRZ armband to enter.
